Rita is an ayurveda therapist that fell in love with this ancient Indian medicine. Graduated at "Centro de Ayurveda" (Lisbon, Portugal) and “Bharat Heritage Services” (Rishikesh, Índia), nowadays she serves the universe providing several ayurvedic massages/ therapies and panchakarma treatments. Also trained in reiki, she uses the combination of various therapies according to the physical and energetic body of the person. Working on her own, she has her therapy offices in Lisbon and Vila de Rei (Castelo Branco) where she gives massages, consultations and ayurvedic therapies. This is a path that excites her to serve in the healing of other beings through these ancient and natural therapies, using the healing effects that Mother Earth offers us.
